This year’s ATXRD Wellness Symposium will feature dietetic and medical professionals, who will share their expertise and knowledge on Food Allergies and Intolerances. They will be presenting evidence-based research to explore an in-depth understanding on how to differentiate food allergies from intolerances, diagnostic approach measures, role of food challenges and oral immunotherapy, nutritional management of Eosinophilic Esophagitis and food protein-induced Enterocolitis. The speakers will discuss how food allergies interfere with relationships with food and the effect of poor dietary pattern on autoimmunity, and offer practical strategies that positively impact people suffering from food allergies, intolerances and autoimmune conditions.
Dietetic professionals and students will gain the knowledge necessary to integrate the components right for their scope of practice. So, come join us to engage with the expert healthcare professionals from around the country with the intent of learning different facets of food allergies and intolerances.
